How to: Gallery Wall

The thing that has been stressing me out the most in my apartment has been one box. One box full of prints and frames that I had no idea how or where to hang. Well. One day I finally did it. I hung it all (Okay, almost all of it is hung. I still have my bedroom to deal with). BUT IT’S DONE! DONE!

I thought I’d talk about what I hung because otherwise you can just SEE (below) what’s up there. Starting from left to right- the first thing up there is a photograph I took of my parents in New Orleans. I am obsessed with this picture and had it framed for them as well as myself. The second thing is the ballerina print. I bought this (and the blue print with the blonde woman) at a local print market one of my friends was selling things at. It’s really lovely and I enjoy it. Underneath it is a california print I picked up in San Fransisco in January. It’s adorable and a great memento from a crazy trip!

In the center is a clock I picked up from ikea (for like 3 bucks- thanks!). I made the stag painting underneath by printing out a silhouette and making a stencil. Very simple and so chic. My old license plate is underneath it just because I didn’t want to get rid of it! In the next column is a lovely print I also got from the market and it says talk less, say more. LOVE it. I have the classic ‘not all who wonder are lost’ which is a staple in my life. To finish it off is a little picture frame that I need to update but I like that the ends are personal photos and in between are little things that remind me of myself. 🙂

Video below to show you how I did it! (also follow me on twitter & things to keep up with me!)
